At BHS SCENTS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
Customers must contact us and receive approval before any return is sent back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
We understand that customers may wish to test their fragrance before deciding to return it. You may use the perfume oil lightly for testing purposes; however, we cannot accept returns of products that have been excessively used or are outside our 30-day return window.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition where possible.
If you purchased a bundle set, the entire set must be returned to qualify for a refund. Partial returns from bundle purchases may qualify for an exchange instead.
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund or exchange.
